Lots of Goodies!

Over the past month, I have been busy, busy, busy!  I am still very busy, finishing up wedding and shower invitations before the arrival of Baby P. in May.  I have lots to show you so, here we go:

Earlier I blogged about the legacy inviation set, which was initially used as a pocketfold invitation.  Here, the same invitation design was used, without the pocketfold.  This invitation is simple and classic and looks nice with any color scheme.  The bride chose a royal blue, which popped and looked clean and crisp with the white background of this design:

This next invitation set is a twist on the Modern Floral design.  The bride and groom chose the Modern Floral design, however we customized the floral image to reflect the color and type of flowers to be used in their wedding. The orange and blue color scheme offers a contrast that allows the image to stand out on this invitation set.  The corresponding RSVP card perfectly complemented this invitation:

I have done several bridal and baby shower invitations over the past few weeks.  This invitation was created for a baby shower for a little girl.  I loved the green and pink color scheme!:

Next up is a pair of some of my favorite invitations.  This design, "Love Birds" was designed just this year.  The design is so cute, it has tons of personality and is such a modern and fun design.  The first invitation set featured a cornflower blue, which added elegance and softness to the design.  The most fun part of this invitation set was the RSVP card.  In order to add a little fun to the RSVP card, the bride and groom chose to use this wording for their RSVP card: -Will attend (with bells on) - Will attend (undecided about bells) - Will not attend (heard there will be people wearing bells) - Will not attend (regardless of bell controversy).  I just thought this idea was so clever, creative and different.  I love the little ways that a bride and groom can add a little spice and personality to their wedding.

The second color scheme for the love birds set was a clover green and canary yellow.  The bride and groom chose a serif type font for their names, which totally changed the style of the invitation and expressed their style.  The colors looked great with this invitation as well:

And lastly, I have to share a simple and beautiful shower invitation.  I have been working with this bride (who just so happens to be my super sweet cousin!) on her entire wedding suite and the bridal shower invitation was next on our list.  This invitation is simple, classic and perfectly coordinates with her wedding colors:

I have a lot more to blog about, so I shall return soon with more to share.
